DIY Rusty Bedspring Christmas Tree

Everyone loves simple DIY Primitive Christmas crafts! Here's an adorable little Christmas Tree that's easy and fun to make! Read on for simple directions!
( I didn't make this one, I found this pic courtesy of Pinterest, but it's easy enough to explain!)

This little tree actually uses TWO rusty bed springs ( these can be purchased on Ebay, get a few different sizes)
The bottom of the tree is a mason jar lid. (You can purchase mason jar lids without the jars on Ebay or you can use one from an old mason jar you have laying around the house, some you can even purchase already 'rusted')
Glue the smaller of the two rusty bed springs into the bottom of the upside down mason jar lid. Allow to dry thoroughly.
"Wrap" the larger rusty bed spring around the glued in smaller one. Tada! You have your tree!
Simply cut  some garland into small pieces and glue here and there on the bed springs, ( I also think  the pieces would look cute tied on with some hemp cord or twine)  glue on some bright red berries and attach a little rusty star at the top ( or any other decoration you choose!)
Have fun!!
